We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help shape the next evolution of that platform.

This is not a role where you maintain someone else's vision. You will own architecture decisions, shape engineering culture, and build systems that directly impact patient outcomes at global scale. If you want your work to matter beyond the sprint, this is where you do it.

Job Details

What You Will Do:

• Architect and own complex, scalable backend systems from concept through production
• Set the technical direction, establish engineering standards, and mentor a team of talented engineers
• Partner with product and program management to plan and deliver high impact features
• Research and integrate cutting edge technologies including AI assisted development tools
• Debug difficult problems across a distributed codebase and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of software development experience with demonstrated engineering leadership
• 8+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years with TypeScript and AWS
• Deep distributed systems design expertise
• A track record of building platforms, reusable libraries, and high quality modular code
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with AI assisted software development tools, this is a meaningful plus
