Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the state board
• School-based or pediatric experience is highly valued, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their educational journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans geared toward student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to ensure a holistic approach
• Document student progress and facilitate ongoing communication regarding outcomes
• Comply with all state, federal, and district-specific guidelines for school-based therapy
