Support Specialist

OVERVIEW:

The Substitute Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Operations team in assigned school districts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments within assigned school districts. Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records. Regular attendance in-office is required. Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Problem-solving skills Must interact well with others. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills
