California Administrative Assistant

Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative California Administrative Assistant, the full-time remote position will manage administrative support for the Career Catalyst program, including hiring processes, data entry in Salesforce and Workday, and meeting coordination. Key responsibilities Provide administrative support for the Career Catalyst Service, including managing the Salesforce ticketing system and assisting with client and employee training Accurately enter and audit data in Salesforce and Workday, generating reports as needed Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items Required qualifications Relevant AA/AS degree, certifications, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 12 months of administrative experience in an office environment Strong customer service record required Familiarity with human resources processes preferred Experience with Salesforce preferred
