This is a hands-on role that’s essential to keeping our production team running smoothly. Every day you’ll receive inventory, prepare products for production, inspect finished garments, pack customer orders, and help ensure every shipment leaves our facility accurately and on time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick garments and products accurately based on customer orders, ensuring the correct style, color, size, and quantity.
• Label and stage products for production.
• Fold, organize, replenish, and maintain backstock inventory.
• Perform final quality inspections on completed garments, including checking print and embroidery quality, removing loose threads, lint rolling garments, and verifying order accuracy before packaging.
• Carefully pack customer orders and prepare shipments for daily carrier pickup.
• Process shipments using warehouse software, shipping platforms, computers, and barcode scanners to generate shipping labels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Lift, move, and organize boxes weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Work closely with our production, logistics, and operations teams to keep orders moving efficiently through every stage of production.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, warehouse software, and shipping platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
• This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, accountable, and someone who takes ownership of their work.
• No task is too small—you take pride in jumping in where needed and doing whatever it takes to help the team succeed.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or retail stockroom/inventory operations is required.
• Conversational English and Spanish are required due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking logistics partners and members of our international operations team.
• Full-time availability is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
