Strategic Talent Sourcer - Banking (Passive Pipeline)
Provident Bank
Provident Bank is seeking a proactive Sourcer to build pipelines of passive talent and work with recruiters across multiple functions. This is a temporary assignment with potential to go full-time based on business needs and individual performance. The role also serves as backup to the Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator, handling pre- and post-employment administrative activities, background checks, onboarding coordination, and data management in iVault. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Bank
