Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an adult and geriatric population across ICU and step-down level units
• Float primarily within ICU but may also float to MS, MS/Tele, and PCU units as needed
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2–3 in ICU, 1:4–5 in PCU, and 1:5–6 in MS and MS/Tele settings
• Utilize electronic health record and medication dispensing systems accurately and consistently
• Work every other weekend and adhere to holiday coverage expectations per contract terms
• Complete all required compliance, orientation modules, and onboarding documentation within designated timelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic (required), Pyxis, and SBAR communication framework
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple unit types within the facility
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements; all documents due by the Tuesday prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple unit types including Neuro ICU, CVICU, PCU, or MS/Tele
• Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity in high-acuity float pool environments
