Tech Refresh Data Analyst - TS/SCI with Polygraph Springfield, VA, USA | $147k–$199k | Full-time | Posted 6 weeks ago Role Overview GDIT is hiring a mid‑level Tech Refresh Data Analyst with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. The role is full‑time, located in Springfield, and supports a national enterprise‑wide Tech Refresh program. Responsibilities Collect, clean, integrate, and manage Tech Refresh data across all service lanes to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis. Produce lifecycle, scheduling, and asset analytics, including technical debt assessments and weekly project/schedule updates for CONUS and OCONUS sites. Develop clear visual reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Provide accurate project standings, site progress, and risk indicators to support planning, execution, and modernization efforts. Recommend improvements and automation opportunities to enhance Tech Refresh data quality, processes, and reporting workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree. Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph. Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience. Experience extracting, integrating, cleaning, and modeling enterprise datasets. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations. Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise visualization tools. Familiarity with DoW/IC environments and asset management processes. Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical‑thinking skills. Onsite availability in Springfield, VA. Salary The established salary range for this position is $147,292–$199,278, based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
