Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the global service productivity program, delivering $10M in savings over two years. You will manage both digital and non‑digital initiatives, building a multi‑year pipeline from MVP through ongoing enhancements to improve sales and service productivity. You will define targets and workplans for each initiative, execute TMO processes, and ensure strong governance using standardized tools. The role requires building relationships across the commercial organization and driving effective change adoption. Operating at a high pace, you will be responsible for leading governance processes and presenting progress to executives monthly. Responsibilities Build the service productivity strategy with digital and process improvements. Run 2–3 projects simultaneously in accordance with the TMO standard operating procedure. Lead cross‑functional project teams that design and execute productivity initiatives. Articulate and align roles and responsibilities at the project launch. Build crisp problem statements and iterate them with project sponsors 2–3 times in gate reviews. Place projects in AOP at the region and business unit level. Establish relationships and collaborate with the digital team, equipment team, and other enablers in a monthly cadence. Build project business case and articulate assumptions to senior leaders. Generate hypotheses for potential projects, quickly test them, and scale successful initiatives. Generate targets and transparently share variance reporting (actuals vs target) for FP&A to place in AOP. Align targets with P&L leaders prior to AOP. Establish governance and executive report outs. Run the TMO gate review process and prepare gating artifacts and templates. Prepare the project team to present at gate review. Track project results with HUB and FP&A. Build and lead a change management structure through a change management process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Process improvement experience and productivity experience preferred. Led Institutional, Consumer, Industrial or NCH services. Strong critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to break down complex problems into discrete small projects. Ability to scope projects in small and achievable buckets. Ability to generate hypotheses and test them rapidly, and transition if the hypotheses are rejected. Ability to prioritize the vital few of a project and avoid ‘boiling the ocean.’ Mental agility – ability to flex and change courses quickly as situations change. Time stewardship and meeting management: ability to organize meetings, create agendas, build pre‑work, and ensure efficient use of project team time. Build a meeting strategy that encourages team conversation rather than project‑manager‑centric discussion. Maintain a process that updates action items with specific owners and deadlines. Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
