Avir Trilogy

Avir Trilogy is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead from the floor, planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day Nursing Services Department in Dallas. You will ensure survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and drive ownership of resident outcomes while guiding a care-focused team.

If licensed as an RN with supervisory expertise, you will shape a strong nursing culture, participate in committees, and support plan development and quality initiatives daily.
