As a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker you will keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, ensure proper temperature control, and provide customer service in the deli department. What You'll Do Maintain safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the freezer/cooler/deli area by applying company policies: handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits, paperwork, and logs, and securing fragile/high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Follow food handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stocking and customer service. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to change. Curiosity and creative thinking. Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual rates may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour.
