Massage Therapist at Windham Mountain Club Job Description Welcome to Windham Mountain Club! The Massage Therapist for The Spa at Windham Mountain Club will provide high-quality massages to Windham Mountain Club members utilizing different massage modalities and work to create a healthy, stress-free environment. This is a part-time, year-round hourly position. The schedule may require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Prenatal. Provide high-quality massages to club members following Spa protocols. Assess guests' individual needs and preferences through consultation and observation. Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans to address members' specific concerns and goals. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and well-stocked. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols. Maintain accurate guest records and update treatment notes after each session. Provide clients with information about additional wellness services and products. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and teamwork. Perform other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications Certification from an accredited massage therapy program. Valid NY state massage therapy license or permit. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to individual guest needs.
