Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Description:

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, moving products throughout the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, and operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
• Move and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, label, sort, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect freight for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, walk-behinds, stand-up lifts, and RF scanning equipment
• Perform inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Charge forklift batteries as needed and report equipment issues
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of related work experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet production standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
• Basic computer and warehouse management system experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required
• 50-state background check required
