About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health, wellness, and independence. Your expertise will help our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals, regain strength, and improve their overall quality of life.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat residents with a variety of physical limitations and disabilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident

• Provide skilled physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and mobility training

• Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Current licensure in Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
