You will help drive adoption, ensuring these tools become an essential part of our employees' daily work.* **Be a Tech Evangelist & Integrator:** Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate our new platforms seamlessly into the flow of work, creating a frictionless, tech-enabled employee experience.* **Own the Room (Virtually & In-Person):** Spark "aha!" moments as a dynamic facilitator for our leadership and team member development programs. Your energy and expertise will make learning the best part of everyone's day.* **Create & Innovate:** Design and build transformative learning experiences—from engaging workshops to innovative digital resources—that develop our talent, foster high-performing teams, and build future-ready skills.* **Drive Flawless Execution:** Masterfully manage critical talent initiatives from concept to launch. Your keen eye for detail and strong project management skills will ensure we deliver on our promises.**Job Qualifications:*** **A Passion for Talent:** Hands-on experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.* **Tech Curiosity & Fluency:** A genuine excitement for modern learning technologies, and a track record for being an AI champion and adopter.
