Ability to work in a highly physical environment with continuous movement throughout the shift. Must be able to consistently lift to 60–65 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual labor for the majority of the shift. Comfortable working in hot trailer and warehouse environments. Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Load, unload, and hand-stack freight in trailers and containers using proper bricking techniques for secure shipment. Operate as a warehouse associate supporting conveyor line and material handling operations. Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse to support order fulfillment and loading. Safely lift, carry, and transport materials ranging from 15–60 lbs throughout the shift. Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient loading and shipping operations.
