Location: Orange Park, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:30AM - 6:00PM. Must be available for every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description: The Cath Lab Tech will work within a dynamic and fast-paced catheterization lab, supporting advanced cardiovascular care. Technicians will assist in various procedures, ensuring optimal operation of equipment and providing patient care throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub for various procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, and Peripheral diagnostics/interventions.
• Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and effective care.
• Support in the prep/recovery area as needed.
• Participate in rotation for on-call schedule.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1+ years of experience in the Cath Lab required.
• Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Advanced skills necessary for scrubbing and monitoring procedures.
• Certification as RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) required.
