About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice Dean for Research to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its research enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a dynamic and innovative research environment, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of research integrity and compliance. The Vice Dean for Research will also be tasked with developing and implementing research policies, supporting the professional development of faculty and staff, and enhancing the institution's national and international research profile. Applicants for the Vice Dean for Research position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of research and scholarly achievement.
