Branch Manager Trainee - B2B - Solar Distribution - Pennsauken, NJ

Greentech Renewables, a leading solar distributor, is hiring Management Trainee (MT) candidates to launch their careers in the solar industry. Program Overview Over 2 years, MT candidates complete an on‑job training curriculum across various departments: warehouse, front desk sales, inside sales, accounting (AP/AR), purchasing, outside sales, and operations. Throughout the program, candidates attend intensive training classes focused on solar and electrical products, sales and management, and employee relations. Responsibilities Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business. Attend training conferences and classes. Communicate effectively, both written and spoken, in English. Working Conditions Training segments vary from warehouse and office environments to external sites. Activities may include lifting, sorting, standing in extreme heat or cold, and sitting for extended periods. Travel by car and air is required for some segments. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Authorization to work in the United States. Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications Strong negotiation skills Sales oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Detail oriented Respond to problems quickly Competitive mindset Self‑starter who can handle a heavy volume of work Essential Job Functions Learning all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business.
