Dental Assistant (with RDA)

We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Tullahoma, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours) Mon, Tue, Wed, & Fri 8am -5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm AND One Sat a month Responsibilities Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - required Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Compensation $17 - $21/hr About Us paid time off (“PTO”) health dental vision health savings account telemedicine flexible spending accounts life insurance disability insurance employee discount programs pet insurance a 401k plan Smile Brands Inc. and all Affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
