This position is integral to the smooth operation of two parallel business areas within a fast paced nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a human service/behavioral health environment, be comfortable interacting with a wide range of individuals requiring multiple services, demonstrate flexibility, patience, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task. 

The Role Requires:

- Two to three years of customer or patient support experience in a related setting;

- Punctuality, flexibility and the ability to shift priorities as needed;

- A willingness to support the front office team in a wide range of tasks including: answering and directing calls, greeting patients and clients, collecting co-payments, confirming appointments, scheduling, and communicating with all about numerous topics;

-   An ability to provide Case Managers and Behavioral Health Providers with accurate and timely messages, check in clients and facilitate required paperwork when needed;

- An understanding of and respect for patient and client privacy at all time;

- Ability to work until 6 pm twice weekly.
