This leadership opportunity combines clinical practice with strategic oversight to advance comprehensive women’s health services across the region.Position Highlights:Provide leadership for full-scope Women’s Health servicesCollaborate with the Service Line Division Head and System Executive Medical Director for Women’s HealthLead physicians and advanced practice providers across the regionApproximately 40% clinical practice to maintain active patient careGuide integration of inpatient, ambulatory, and specialty services including: - Urogynecology - Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery - Gynecologic Oncology - Reproductive HealthStrengthen residency, fellowship, and academic partnershipsPromote mentorship, physician development, and educational initiativesFoster a culture of collaboration, professional excellence, and psychological safetyIdeal Candidate:Experienced physician leader with strong clinical and administrative backgroundCurrent or prior Chair, Division Chief, or Section Head experience preferredDemonstrated leadership within complex health systems or academic environmentsStrong communicator with a collaborative leadership styleQualifications:MD or DOBoard Certified in Obstetrics & GynecologyEligible for New York medical licensureLeadership experience requiredAdvanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) or equivalent leadership training preferredCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $400,000 – $500,000 annuallyLeadership opportunity within a large, established health systemCompetitive benefits package Estimated pay range/amount is $268117 to $498377.
