The Position & Title : Enterprise Sales Representative

Job Description :  As an Enterprise Sales Representative, your key responsibilities are to generate leads, advance the sales process, and close new business.  Ideally, you would quickly establish a robust book of business while conducting research to identify leads and reach business targets through in-person interactions.  

Responsibilities: 

·       Build and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying their logistics needs and providing tailored freight solutions.

·       Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, reaching out and following up on customer interactions.

·       Build relationships with key decision makers to initiate sales.

·       Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.

·       Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.

·       Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database and CRM.

·       Work with various teams to ensure smooth communication and logistics service delivery.

·       Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our client’s services.

Qualifications:

·       Self Starter

·       Team player

·       Proven track record of strong customer service and support in prior roles.

·       Proven sales skills with a strong emphasis on hunting and door knocking. 

·       2 years’ work experience and 2 years of college, or a 4-year college degree. 

·       Familiarity with freight brokerage tools is welcome, but not required. Willingness and ability to learn is required.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships to build relationships with clients.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, (sometimes remote) work environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.

·       Potentially demonstrate leadership qualities and commitment to team collaboration.

·       Ability to drive door to door to visit target customers. 

Pay: 

·       $40,000 --$50,000/ year + bonus and commissions.
