What You’ll Be Doing Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom support Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics Review, organize, and summarize medical records, discovery, deposition transcripts, and case documents Prepare trial exhibits, notebooks, chronologies, and document productions Maintain case calendars and monitor critical deadlines Handle electronic filing in Florida state and federal courts Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors What We’re Looking For 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience Recent trial experience is required Background supporting trucking, insurance defense, general liability, or complex civil litigation matters Experience managing large case files and high-volume discovery Strong knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation management software Salary generally in the mid-to-high $80K range, with flexibility for candidates bringing substantial experience 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
