Provide one-on-onephysical therapyto older adults wherever they call home (Privateresidences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care) Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence Document effectively within FOX’s EMR systemin accordance withregulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists Provide telehealth / virtual care whenappropriate toextend access and flexibility Why Join FOX Rehabilitation?
