About The Role We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Raleigh, North Carolina in a hybrid capacity. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our talent acquisition activities that help build the teams driving clinical research innovation. This position plays a key role in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, hiring process execution, and candidate experience management. Responsibilities include generating candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle with opportunities to deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and influence hiring outcomes.
