Senior Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Miami-based Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with the broader Marketing department while partnering with Recruiting and Advisor Experience to translate business priorities into coordinated Marketing initiatives. The role spans three strategic areas: Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, as well as Marketing with a focus on Financial Advisor Recruiting, and Advisor Experience. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded Marketing professional who can independently drive initiatives, confidently engage with Financial Advisors (FA) and senior stakeholders, and execute directly within their areas of expertise while leveraging Marketing’s specialized capabilities — including Brand & Design, Communications, Digital, Web, and Events — when deeper technical expertise is required. Job Responsibilities/Main Function Marketing & Strategic Initiatives Partner with the Head of Marketing on departmental and firm-wide initiatives, from strategy through execution Work closely with Marketing Team Leads to translate priorities into structured initiatives while supporting the relationship and coordination with third-party vendors, agencies and external creative sources Develop high-impact, executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and summaries — including quarterly updates and new project proposals with clear phases and impact Serve as the Miami-based Marketing presence: manage local events, activations, execute and support simple video content production in our Insigneo studio, and any on-site marketing operations needs Represent Marketing in cross-department meetings, capturing briefs, tracking key action items, and following through on internal projects Coordinate with Marketing's specialized functions — including Brand & Design, Communications, Digital, Web, and Events — supporting project tracking and follow-through on Marketing's initiatives Own and manage in-office Marketing inventory — merchandise, print collateral, and branded assets — ensuring availability, quality, and consistency with brand standards, coordinating with external vendors as needed Provide hands‑on support for special projects and evolving Marketing priorities, demonstrating strong judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail Serve as Marketing's primary point of contact for advisor lead‑generation initiatives, partnering with the Recruiting team to understand and translate business objectives into Growth Marketing initiatives Drive and execute top‑of‑funnel lead‑generation campaigns with the Digital team and/or external agencies to grow the FA pipeline in existing and new markets Own content creation and nurturing cadence for advisor lead generation — email, social media, and other channels — to drive awareness and generate inbound interest Plan and execute FA recruiting events across key markets, including invitations, follow‑up, and logistics Manage Insigneo's brand presence at industry events where recruiting opportunities exist Own all FA recruiting collateral — pitch decks, digital assets, landing pages — including development, maintenance, timely updates, and dynamic custom decks for unique opportunities as they arise Manage recruiting swag and materials inventory across markets Report recruiting Marketing results through clear KPIs, tracking and managing CRM data via Marketing Cloud to provide visibility into performance and impact Advisor Experience Marketing Serve as Marketing's primary point of contact for advisors throughout the advisor lifecycle Work closely with Advisor Experience and Relationship Management teams to understand and translate their business objectives into actionable Marketing initiatives Participate in advisor onboarding and other advisor‑facing meetings, introducing Insigneo's Marketing capabilities, brand resources, available tools, and support model Translate advisor needs into clear requests for the Marketing team, coordinating with Brand & Design, Communications, Digital, Web, Events, and vendors through completion Help develop and maintain a consistent, scalable Marketing service experience for Investment Professionals across the firm Coordinate in‑office Marketing and logistical support associated with advisor onboarding and engagement in Miami Support onboarding communications, welcome materials, and branded assets for new FAs Capture recurring advisor needs and feedback to inform broader Marketing resources, tools, programs, and innovation opportunities Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of progressive Marketing experience, independently managing initiatives with senior stakeholders Financial services experience strongly preferred — wealth management, asset management, banking, or fintech Bilingual required (English/Spanish) Demonstrated cross‑functional Marketing experience, from planning through execution — with working knowledge across disciplines such as communications, events, digital marketing, Marketing operations, advisor/client marketing, campaigns, or brand management CRM / marketing automation experience; Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Experience supporting senior executives and operating effectively across multiple levels and functions of an organization Advanced PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Proficient in Excel for data organization, reporting, and dashboards Strong understanding of information hierarchy, presentation design, and data visualization Working knowledge of CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce ecosystem preferred) Familiarity with digital marketing, email, social, and web/content tools Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva and AI‑enabled Marketing tools (design expertise not required) Marketing Generalist Judgment — connects business needs to the right Marketing capability, and knows when to execute directly vs. loop in a specialist Presentation & Data Storytelling — turns complex information into clear, polished, executive‑ready materials Advisor & Stakeholder Presence — comfortable representing Marketing directly to advisors, executives, and external partners Communication — excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated financial audiences Hands‑On Execution — comfortable moving between high‑visibility strategic initiatives and practical, day‑to‑day execution as business needs require Ownership & Follow‑Through — drives initiatives to completion, managing dependencies and deadlines Executive Judgment — mature, discreet, and able to represent Marketing appropriately at every level Project Management & Organization — manages multiple concurrent workstreams without losing consistency, anticipating needs and roadblocks before they arise Brand & Creative Sensibility — strong attention to detail and a sense of brand consistency across everything produced Adaptability & Initiative — comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift;
