Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Job Overview Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs.
