TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63131!

Job Title: RN MS/Tele Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Active Nursing License Required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, IV Start, Telemetry Required Must-Have: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum. Holiday rotation obligation. Will float to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro. Description: The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a float capacity. Patient ratios are 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Staff will be required to manage various patient populations, including medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro. Nurses will need competency in telemetry and intravenous therapy. Training will be provided for specific equipment, such as lift devices and bladder scanners. This role requires flexibility to float between different units as necessary. Team collaboration is essential as the nursing staff will work with various interdisciplinary support teams. Candidates must be able to adhere to the maximum of 7 days of requested time off during the assignment. No call or on-call requirements are expected for this position. The contract length is firm, and mid-contract cancellations for the purpose of booking a different assignment are not permitted. Compliance documentation must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
