Customer Service Associate

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support global clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, resolve customer questions, process requests, and document each interaction accurately in CRM tools. You’ll follow defined workflows, meet quality and productivity targets, and use digital systems and knowledge bases to find solutions.
