Deliver after‑hours hospice nursing visits, urgent care interventions, and skilled assessments Manage triage calls, determine needed interventions, and complete in‑person visits as required Provide pain and symptom management in accordance with hospice standards of care Educate patients and families on hospice philosophy, medications, and care expectations Document all assessments and interventions accurately and efficiently Communicate promptly with the interdisciplinary hospice team (IDT) to ensure continuity of care Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives Must be able to work in both King and Pierce Counties Qualifications Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license Hospice agency experience required or the ability to train full day times until independent Current AHA BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and independent decision‑making skills Ability to work autonomously during evening, night, and early‑morning hours Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license Interested?
