About the Role We're looking for a creative visual communicator who can turn ideas into compelling, on-brand content across print, digital, social, email, web, packaging, and more. "Graphic Designer" may be the title, but we're looking for someone who brings more than design skills to the table. You'll partner closely with our Director of Marketing to concept campaigns, tell product stories, create content, and bring ideas from rough concept to polished execution. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and thrives on a small marketing team where no two days look the same. This is an in-office position in Buffalo, MN (approximately 40 minutes west of the Twin Cities). The individual in this role will report to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities Design and illustrate a wide variety of print and digital materials that support Zirc, its products, sales team, dealer partners, and marketing initiatives. Uphold and evolve Zirc’s visual brand across marketing channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and a cohesive customer experience. Partner with the Director of Marketing to concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, email, social media, web, events, and dealer channels. Create marketing and sales collateral, including advertisements, sell sheets, brochures, presentations, tradeshow materials, packaging, product literature, email graphics, and promotional materials. Develop engaging, platform-specific social media content, including graphics, photography, video, Reels, carousels, and other creative assets. Repurpose existing campaign, photography, and video assets to create fresh content across multiple channels, while contributing creative concepts, campaign ideas, headlines, and content ideas. Use Zirc’s CMS to maintain and update website content, imagery, promotions, and product information. Create repeatable templates, creative systems, and organized asset libraries that improve Marketing team efficiency and maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to understand project needs, develop effective creative solutions, and proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines. Stay current on design, digital content, social media, and creative trends while continuously building knowledge of Zirc’s products, customers, and dental industry. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Design, Art or a like field OR your work does the talking in place of a degree. 4+ years of design experience OR your work does the talking in place of experience. Ability to produce great work results through relentless organization, uncompromising integrity, effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to organize and manage many projects with a high attention to detail. Initiative to proactively move the ball forward. Ability to take a goal or rough concept and independently develop it into polished creative work. Understanding of design principles, specifically with typography and composition. Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Preferred Qualifications Ability to think beyond individual deliverables and develop creative ideas that can work across multiple marketing channels. Comfort learning and using emerging creative and AI tools to improve ideation, efficiency, and content production. Experience with Canva or similar rapid-content creation tools is a plus. Experience creating content for social media, websites, email marketing, or other digital channels. Experience in the dental and/or manufacturing industry.
