What You'll Do As an Assistant Program Director, you'll help lead before and after school programs serving elementary students across multiple school locations. Support the daily operation of multiple SACC programs. Coach and support Child Care Associates. Build positive relationships with students, families, principals, and staff. Help manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations. Ensure a safe, engaging environment where children thrive. Maintain licensing and state compliance standards. Step into leadership responsibilities whenever a Site Leader is absent. Participate in leadership development, coaching, and professional growth opportunities. Every day you'll be developing both children and future leaders—including yourself. Requirements Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) Previous child care experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire) This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to change, and is excited to support multiple school communities.
