About this Role Full Time – Monday–Friday (Onsite) 15990 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop, Scottsdale, AZ. Up to 15% domestic travel. As a Cost Specialist at QISG, you will be a key member of the Project Controls team, responsible for monitoring project financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. You'll develop and maintain budgets, track actual costs, perform variance analysis, prepare forecasts, and provide leadership with accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to the successful execution of large-scale utility, power generation, and renewable energy EPC projects across North America. What You'll Do Track, analyze, and forecast project costs and budgets across multi-year EPC projects using JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI Partner with Project Managers and Operations leaders to align financial performance with project objectives Monitor cost trends, changes, and risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues Develop clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for leadership and clients Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure adherence to company standards Serve as a key resource for cost visibility and financial insights across active projects What You'll Bring 3–7 years of experience in cost controls, project controls, or financial project analysis within construction or EPC environments Strong background in cost forecasting, change management, and risk analysis Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Proficiency in JDE and/or EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically What You’ll Get Competitive base salary Generous PTO & paid holidays to maintain work-life balance 401(k) with a generous match to plan for your future Comprehensive benefits – medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Weekly pay for consistent, reliable compensation Great mentoring & career growth opportunities – we invest in your development At QISG, we don’t just offer a job—we offer a career where you can grow, learn, and be rewarded for your contributions.
