Shop Helper / General LaborerLloyd Richards Personnel is currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a Shop Helper / General Laborer position with one of our valued manufacturing partners. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying busy, and are looking for an opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of daily shop operations.What You'll Be DoingAssist with daily shop operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products using carts, forklifts, or manual labor.Support the team by preparing materials and staging work areas.Move and organize in-process materials throughout the facility.Perform basic assembly, labeling, packaging, and shipping preparation tasks.Help maintain a clean and safe workplace through sweeping, organizing tools, and removing scrap materials.Receive, identify, and properly store incoming materials and inventory.Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a smooth workflow across all departments.Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a shop environment.Experience with hand tools, forklifts, or shop equipment is beneficial.Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to learn.Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Why Apply?Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience.Stable work environment with growth potential.Hands-on training and skill development.Work alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented atmosphere.Weekly pay through Lloyd Richards Personnel.Apply today through Lloyd Richards Personnel and take the next step in your career.
