What You'll Do Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet customer specifications Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments Maintain quality, productivity, and a clean, safe work area Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and customer expectations Requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC machine operating experience Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and basic computer skills Personal measuring tools and basic hand tools Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Our Core Values Success at Decimal Engineering starts with living our core values every day: Sense of Urgency – Respond quickly and keep production moving.
