TKC also assists clients in selecting consultant teams, managing design and permitting, and providing support throughout development and construction. Role Description The Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Newport Beach, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing real estate entitlement and development projects from initial feasibility through permitting and construction support. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, tracking project schedules and budgets, and preparing reports, presentations, and status updates for clients and stakeholders. The Project Manager will interface with public agencies to support entitlement and permitting processes, organize and lead project meetings, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and in alignment with client expectations. The role also involves identifying risks, proposing solutions, and maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Experience with real estate development processes, entitlement workflows, and permit coordination with public agencies. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with productivity and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, document management systems). Ability to interpret plans, reports, and technical documents related to land use, zoning, and development. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Relevant experience managing land development, commercial, residential, or mixed‑use projects is highly beneficial.
