Required skills include:
- Must have 7+ years recent Project Manager experience.
- Must have demonstrated experience working with USDA Food and Nutrition Services programs, specifically work experience must be in one or more of the following programs: Women, Infants and Children's Program (WIC), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
- Must have theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
- Must have practical knowledge of project techniques and tools.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have experience writing RFPs/technical writing.
- Must be able to gather requirements and experience with business analysis.
- Must have strategic planning skills.
- Must have risk management and change management skills.
- Must have proficiency in project software tools.
