Key Responsibilities as a Fleet Coordinator:

Fleet Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate and assign trips to drivers to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services.
• Monitor fleet activity in real time and make operational adjustments as needed.
• Communicate trip details, schedule changes, and service updates to drivers.
• Help maintain on-time performance while supporting service quality standards.
• Respond quickly to changing operational needs and transportation requests.
• Track driver availability and fleet utilization to support daily operations.

Driver & Customer Support

• Serve as a key point of communication between drivers, passengers, and management.
• Provide drivers with route guidance, trip updates, and operational support.
• Assist with resolving service issues and transportation challenges in a timely manner.
• Address customer concerns professionally and help ensure a positive experience.
• Support clear and effective communication across all areas of the operation.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational records, trip documentation, and driver activity logs.
• Perform data entry and update information within company systems.
• Track daily fleet activity and assist with reporting requirements.
• Monitor service performance and communicate operational concerns to management.
• Help ensure records, schedules, and operational information remain accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking for as a Fleet Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, transportation, logistics, call center operations, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with transportation software, scheduling systems, or fleet operations is a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
