Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly What Are We Looking For? 2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset High school diploma or equivalent About Peter Levi Plumbing: For over 35 years, for homeowners in Novato and northern California, the name Peter Levi has come to mean just that — Trust.
