In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our products and services. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms. Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Exposure to diverse projects and industry experience

Compensation: USD 15.50 - USD 26 - hourly
