Join Our Nursing Team at Wisner Care Center!

We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Charge Nurse to join our team at Wisner Care Center in Wisner, NE. As a Nurse at Wisner Care Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are always the top priority.

Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents during the night shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to care plans and policies
Assess residents' health status and update medical records accurately
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
