We offer opportunities to work remotely or in our North Dallas office, with mentorship from senior commercial appraisers and exposure to a wide range of property types. The Commercial Real Estate Appraiser role involves preparing narrative appraisals and consulting reports, leveraging Argus and Excel, and collaborating with lending institutions, funds, attorneys, municipalities, and other real estate professionals. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment that values accuracy, integrity, and professionalism. Full Time Base Compensation $35,000-$45,000; with transition to commission based on productivity**Job Responsibilities**Coordinate and complete multiple appraisal assignments on complex commercial properties. Utilize Argus DCF, AE and Excel for cash flow models and analyses. Gather and research data on comparable properties and market trends. Evaluate property characteristics and financial performance history and projections. Communicate findings and advise lenders, funds, and other real estate professionals.**Job Qualifications**Experience preparing narrative appraisals and consulting reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
