HVAC Installer (5+ Years Experience) Join the Lochard Family of Businesses Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $22 per hour - $32 per hour plus commissions = $50k - $75k per year Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and condensate drains as needed Start up, test, and verify proper operation of installed equipment Complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation using a tablet Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Work closely with team members to complete quality installations on schedule What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Company-provided vehicle Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan Paid training and manufacturer certification opportunities Company uniforms Year-round work with no seasonal layoffs Career advancement opportunities Supportive, family-oriented work environment If you're an installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work for a company that values its employees and customers, we'd love to have you on our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
