The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements. The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
