Compensation Program Manager

Own end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles covering base, bonus, and equity Manage project plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, system readiness, and post-cycle audits Lead compensation programs and projects from design through rollout Partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and People Tech on plan changes and tool enhancements Project-manage identification and rollout of AI-enabled compensation workflows Build AI enablement resources to support team adoption Analyze competitive cash, equity, and total rewards trends using Radford, Pave, and Compa Inform program design, benchmarking, and pay positioning recommendations Build and deliver calculators, FAQs, manager guides, and executive-ready presentations Support equity-program operations through employee-facing FAQs and guides Drive continuous improvement in equity operations and employee experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or another related field, or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company End-to-end ownership of compensation programs or planning cycles Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform; Workday strongly preferred Experience with market benchmarking tools such as Radford, Pave, and Compa Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills Experience building and delivering executive-ready slides and narratives Strong program/project management skills across concurrent, deadline-driven initiatives Familiarity with compensation norms and labor market trends outside the U.S. Effective partner management across HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders Genuine interest in applying AI tools to compensation workflows Preferred: experience supporting compensation for G&A functions Preferred: experience with equity administration platforms such as Schwab EquiView or similar Preferred: experience identifying, project-managing, or deploying AI-enabled HR or Compensation workflows Preferred: experience with large datasets using BigQuery or SQL; Python familiarity a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing end-to-end compensation planning cycles, including base, bonus, and equity components, while leveraging analytical skills to inform program design and benchmarking.
