*Housekeeper/Housekeeping * *Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p * *Tuesday-Saturday 8:00a-5:00p* *Monday-Friday 3p-10p* National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages. We are looking for a housekeeper to perform general cleaning activities. *Housekeeper/Housekeeping Benefits: * * Year-round work * Work independently throughout the day * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Health, dental & vision insurance * 401K * Short-term disability *Housekeeper/Housekeeping Responsibilities:* Cleans and services campus facilities. * Washes sinks and other plumbing fixtures and replaces disposables such as paper towels, soap, sanitizer, and toilet paper. * Sweeps and mops floors. Periodically cleans and/or polishes floors using buffing machines. * Vacuums, spot cleans, or shampoos carpets when assigned. * Dusts, cleans, and polishes furniture. * Collects and transports trash, cleans and relines trash containers with plastic bags. * Completes all cleaning and preparation of student rooms during summer turnover. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Housekeeper/Housekeeping Qualifications:* * Have a valid driver's license * Lift objects (up to 25 pounds) * Climb stairs * Stand or walk for long periods of time. * Sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. * Work occasionally in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures. *Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Custodial: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person by Jobble
