What You'll Do

• Greet patients with warmth, check them in, and ensure their visit starts on a positive note.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep the clinic flow seamless.
• Assist the chiropractor during patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic administrative tasks with confidentiality.
• Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and wellness tips as directed by the chiropractor.
• Support clinic operations by managing inventory of supplies and keeping spaces clean and organized.

What You'll Bring

• A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service setting is a plus.
• Willingness to learn chiropractic terminology and procedures.
