You will provide regulatory guidance across the product lifecycle, maintain compliance documentation, and help integrate regulatory and risk-based considerations into cross-functional processes. You’ll get to: * Lead European regulatory affairs activities and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements for product development and market access.* Define and drive regulatory strategies for new products, product changes, and lifecycle compliance in the EU.* Own technical documentation, conformity evidence, and regulatory decision-making for complex products and projects.* Lead risk-based regulatory assessments and ensure safety and compliance requirements are robustly integrated across the product lifecycle.* Act as a senior partner to R&D, Quality, Operations, Product Management, and leadership teams on regulatory matters.* Assess changes in EU legislation and standards, determine business impact, and drive implementation and continuous improvement.**About You:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
