Customer Insights Analyst: Data-Driven Dashboards & SQL

Datavant

Datavant is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to turn customer and operational data into clear, actionable insights for our Payer Retrieval business. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends, monitor performance, and help teams understand customer needs and outcomes. You will develop dashboards in Sigma and other cloud tools, use SQL to prepare data, and collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to drive improvements in customer experience and operational #J-18808-Ljbffr
